COMPLIANCE TIMELINE

Auditing of compliance requirements is completed by the Office of Education Compliance and Quality (ECQ) at the following times during the academic year:

Prior to the first day of class for matriculating medical students (immunizations only)
December 1 for MS1-MS4 for immunization requirements and annual required trainings (note: flu and COVID-19 vaccine deadlines may differ)
Annual medical student attestations will be collected on a schedule by student level.

Students must have current and active records for medical student requirements at the time of the audit. Students who are not compliant will be notified by the ECQ office. Students who remain out of compliance may receive a professionalism report and may be placed on an academic hold.

Additional or updated requirements may be requested of students as needed during the year.
